"Miss a payment for 1, they was at my door knocking so hard like I skipped town or something"

"RUN! The customer service is terrible, from start to finish there’s been issues. At the start of lease the employee that helped me was her last day. So my order was never communicated. Two days later they reach out if I’m ready for delivery that they just saw my order. I’ve always paid early never missed a payment. I called to have my sectional picked up because i was moving and didn’t have the room anymore the lady got very aggressive, her tone changed all unnecessary. She said she would pick up that same day, I told her will you be refunding me the days that are left she said no they don’t do refunds I told her well then pick it up when it’s due. She said no it was either that same day Wednesday or the next day Thursday. Because they were going to be closed for New Year’s I told her neither work. She said if you return them on Tuesday I will have late fees I told her ok. Before hanging up on me she said we will be there Tuesday with your balance. No time was set up. They showed up unannounced at 5:30. I returned everything not just the sectional. The following day I get a call from a gentleman and I said hello he says uhhhhh and hangs up. I will not be doing business here and I recommend you don’t either. I call back and the lady states I was communicating to my coworker you returned your items. So he hangs up instead of communicating!? Great!"

"When I had originally set up leasing for my couches, I noticed that there was an issue with the payment date. I get paid every Wednesday, so I called to address the payment cycle to bi-weekly on every Wednesday or Thursday, I paid the difference and thought it was all settled. I get two notifications from my bank stating that Rent-A-Center was trying to charge me. So I called and I spoke to the same person who assisted me last week. They said that they couldn't assist me because technically the payment has passed you. I said how can it be past you when we called just last week to schedule for bi-weekly? The supervisor Angie said though it shows in their system that we made a double payment the agents that accepted the payment did not update the payment cycle and we are past due now. When I advised Angie that I was not able to make a payment, and this is why I needed to adjust the payments last week, she advised me that it is not her problem. Your employee messed up and it's my problem now. What a terrible attitude. UPDATE: THE MANAGER OF THE STORE TOLD ME LAST WEEK TO HAVE THE COUCHES READY TODAY FOR PICK UP. THEY ARE READY AND I HAVE NEW COUCHES ON THE WAY, SHE JUST INFORMED ME THEY WILL NOT BE PICKING UP THE COUCHES AND HUNG UP ON ME. I HAVE A RECORDED CALL OF HER TELLING ME BETWEEN 3-5 FOR PICK UP AND NOW SHE IS SAYING THEY CANT AND HAD HUNG UP. MIND YOU I HAVE ONLY LEASED THESE COUCHES FOR 2 WEEKS AND ALL THIS DRAMA PLUS A RUDE MANAGER. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE."

"The store was unprofessional last minute if me supposed to get my bed delivered they called and said to at they were Careless and needed to verify my job and everything I have already verified. Then stalled my bed arrival."
