"Ordered online missing dog food tried calling for 30 min finally got ahold of someone cause I pushed to talk to electronic only way to get someone to answer a phone then was told to call 1800 number how weird if I didn’t receive the item due to them not simply putting it in a car to be delivered to me is outrageous. Then was told the did send item and that they don’t know where it went but will not allow truck drivers to park on premises to shop so we can get what we need when we need it. I will from now on shop with Instacart they never messed up my order hopefully I get a refund for the dog food Walmart do like to make things hard so we will see"
"They have way to many people not doing anything. They won't even get you any sanitary wipes for you to wipe off the carts. We're already doing most of their job, why not cut back on prices"
"DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR EVEN AN OIL CHANGE! I’d let a 5 year old change the oil in my car before I ever bring my car here again! I’ve been coming here for months and they used an EVAC to change my oil and stripped and rounded out the plug. I have to take my car to a mechanic before I can get a SIMPLE oil change done! I will be filing a claim and you will never see my face again! Try Auto Careless Team."
"Walmart offers a lot of products. All of the employees are incredibly hard working and I don't think most people know what it takes to make a store that massive run as smoothly as it does. I commend them all. Unfortunately after the remodeling of the store things have gotten much worse. The music is way too loud and all of the aisles are extremely narrow. It's a horrible shopping experience. I miss the store the way it was. Walmart is just being greedy."
"Stopped at the store to grab a few items I needed. Everything was easy to find until I needed assistance due to the renovations which look better. A young man who was a staff there assisted me to where the washing powder section was since the new renovations. Very helpful and very professional and excellent customer service skills. Appreciate it! Check-out was smooth getting through as I was directed by the employee due to me paying with cash. The experience was nice. Keep up the good work!!"
