"Female manager doesn't know how to treat the customers snapping off at the tone and not caring about customer service the lines always a mile long it takes about 45 minutes to get outta the store and being followed throughout the store untill you get to the cashier The cashier lady's are very friendly more than the manager is they smile understands customers service Was there yesterday I saw a pair of shoes I like I ask the cashier could they go dow because the inside soles were a Lil dirty and she informed the manager She came over in a snapping kinda tone And said the price already dropped down I said ms you see the shoes seem as its been like someone brought it back and they were kinda dirty on the outside she snapped at me and said no its alread Whatvtipe of customer service skills she has as ay price down enough and walked off"

"I'm so thankful for the tremendous help from the staff members at this Burlington! I stopped by for a quick shopping trip and unfortunately lost my wallet containing so so many important items. I had a complete panic attack when a concerned associate by the name of Jilwanna stopped what she was doing to help me retrace my steps and helped calm my nerves with reassuring words that it would be ok. The store manager Tom was also a HUGE help. He calmly reviewed surveillance while instructing team members to be on the look out. My phone was also on its last battery charge when Tom offered me his charger and his land line to cancel my bank card and make calls. After quick thinking and action an associate (Freddie) alerted everyone that he had found my wallet underneath the shelves of the one isle I visited. Nothing was missing and I was so embarrassed and relieved. They assured me it was no trouble but they went above and beyond. Thank you again Tom, Jilwanna and Freddie! They also helped me check put with my original selected items. 10/10 sweet staff!"

"This place has nothing but garbage. Went looking for a NICE winter coat to wear to church. All they had was bulky ski coats. Messed up sizes as usual. The store is NOT as pictured. It has gone down 75% since last year, not good quality at all. Will NEVER return. Worse than the dumpiest dollar store."

"This location has some super friendly employees! This location also has everything from clothes, shoes, luggage, home decor, small electronic accessories, small furniture, kitchen, bath, fragrances, housewares, and more! The prices are comparable to competitors and other Burlington's in the Valley. The checkout line was a little long, but the employees were very friendly and efficient! I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great shopping experience!"
