"I had a wonderful experience today at boot barn. I went in looking for boots after many years of not wearing any, and Angela was very helpful in finding the perfect pair for me- regarding size, shape, level of femininity, etc. I mentioned to her that I had a hat from my recently passed away father that I also wanted to wear but had no idea how to clean/shape it. She told me to bring it on in and she would help me out, and she sure did. everyone in the store was so sweet and empathetic and helpful. I had a wonderful experience and i’m so grateful to have my father’s hat given a new life to be with me forever. Thank you!"
