The staff doesn’t know what their doing They measured me wrong so they gave a faja that was too small and when I called they told told me that they could exchange it that I had 14 days to do so. I came in 7 days I drove 45 mins for them to tell me that they can’t exchange it. These people are nothing but rip offs They don’t even get one star. So disappointed. I paid $92 dollars for a faja that I won’t be able to wear. The girl didn’t even try to help me. Very poor customer service"

"Save your money and time! The girls here know nothing about the Faja sizes. I had to go back to exchange my faja more than 2x because they couldn't measure me right to get the proper faja. 3rd time in they said they couldn’t exchange it due to the faja being stained when I couldn't even fit into the faja to try it on! The faja was 160$ what a waste on money. Go with a Business that’s actually professional and know about Fajas. Edit: No, you guys sold me a previously returned faja & expect me the customer to pay for it not honoring your own exchange policy. The faja I purchased wasn’t even worn in a way that could have caused any staining."

"I went to this place and bought a body shaper, the sales person took my measurements and said I was a small, so I bought it for $145.00 dollars at that time the sales girl told me if it doesn't fit bring it back within 14 days to exchange it and leave the tags on them. I went home tried it on and it didn't fit , I struggled with it for about 20 min , it was too small,. So an hour later I went back to exchange it for a medium they wouldn't exchange it , they said there was a stain on it, I only had it on no more than 20 minutes, she called the owner and the owner said no. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! I'm stuck with a $150.00 dollar girdle that doesn't fit because their sales girl doesn't know how to take measurements. I give them no rating!!!"

These are Authentic waist trainers not fake and they last a long time. My Honey was one happy woman! The employees were also very helpful and patient and understanding and very educative with their products! This store will forever have my service!"
