"Went through the drive-thru this evening, with how awful A LOT of the fast food places are around here nowadays, we were pleasantly surprised. Benjamin was working the window and was engaging and did a great job at building a rapport in the brief time we were waiting. Our order (5 meals) was hot, fresh and accurate. This was very much appreciated!"
"The lady over the speaker was rude. I went to pick up my order which I ordered online. She said.. did you order for pickup in the store or drive thru. I let her know that I don't know because I did not get that option. Tell me why she sighed and you can hear the eye roll and the sound of incovience in her voice. Then she continue to talk to me like I was the problem. If I could 0/5 stars"
"The service at this Wendy's seems to always be a bit slow, especially if there's other people here. It just seems they can't keep up, however, the food is always made right and fresh. My wife and I both get a lot of changes to the food, yet they always make it right without any hassle at all, and the fries are always made fresh. They also seem to struggle having a cashier actually take orders, most of a time one isn't there for a solid few minutes and they focus a lot more on the drive thru than the people inside. Overall, it's fine, I gave a higher rating because the food is made properly every single time."
"Too bad I can’t rate zero stars. Worst Wendy’s restaurant in the valley by far in every aspect. How is this place allowed to remain open, the service is awful. Every time I come here it’s always a disaster. They have 4 people working drive thru, mostly just standing around and they have no one attending the front register. I was first in line at the register waiting to order food and it took over twenty minutes for someone to my order. All employees were ignoring me, no one bothered to even thank me for waiting or to simply say someone without be right with me. Just no common courtesy and everyone seemed like they just didn’t want to be there. The food was cold and just not good. If you can avoid this place, do."
"STORE #10633…. Wonderful staff, excellent, customer service and very clean especially the restaurant. Mila and Destiny are always so pleasant and helpful. My food is always hot, fresh and delicious… oh and I love the app rewards!! The economy is crazy right now it’s great to receive $4 dollars of food orders!"
