"Bought a washer today, they provided me the wrong drain hose even after confirming with them before I left I wanted to make sure it was the correct one, they said yes it was. Connected to the machine with hose provided, when the washer drained hose popped off and caused my house to flood. Called to get a replacement hose, manager said they couldn't do anything about it unless I drove all the way back to their store (which is on the other side of town for me). Manager refused to ship one out to make things right. DONT BUY FROM THEM. The people working there are not the brightest people on earth"
