After another major appliance dealer in town didn’t have the model and their salesperson made no effort to understand or meet our needs, I called Tucson Appliance and spoke with Peter. He didn’t have the model in stock but explored my reasons for choosing that particular washer. He recommended a slight upgrade which I didn’t even know existed and offered delivery the next day.
