"Always a great selection and always in stock. What truly separates Ace from the big box stores is the level of genuine customer service you recieve. Home Depot might be somewhat cheaper, but while everyone there is dressed in florescent orange, oddly the associates are all seemingly invisible. At Ace you are routinely met at the door by a willing associate (used car salesman in training) who takes the time to personally show you what they have for you. While I realize I'm not their only customer, I'm made to feel as if l am the sole reason they opened the store, from the time l enter the store until the time l depart, l truly feel my patronage is valued. This establishment might sell hardware, but they are really in the customer service business, they just sell hardware to get you in the door."

I then found a box very close to what I had been looking for. They also have a great decoration section during the holidays!"

Overall, all the employees were extremely friendly and helpful! The store was very clean and even had 25% off of all their Christmas selection."

"Mark's Ace Hardware has two locations - this one on Campbell and another on Wetmore. And I am a RAVING fan! Why? For 20+ years, the Ace on Sunrise Drive was my go-to hardware store. But my last visit was the last straw. To make 7 quick cuts to a piece of molding, they wanted to charge me 7 bucks. At check out, I was told the coupon they sent me could not be applied to my purchase. What a difference at Mark's Ace Hardware! Tammie not only made 7 cuts to my 8' piece of molding at no charge, she created a neat little bundle of the smaller pieces. At check out, Nathan accepted my coupon from the other Ace store...even though it had expired. Plus, he seemed genuinely grateful for my business. Indeed, exemplary customer service is a choice.
