"Well I called Lou last week and told him I an issue with my Kirby which was making a odd sound and smelled? He said " Come on in and we'll take a look at it at NO cost and figure out the issue". So the next day a dropped it off and 2 days later I got a call back with the issue diagnosed. He gave me a quote to replace the fan and I told him to Tune Up the whole system while he's at it for $85. I picked it up today from Judy and it's like NEW. 37 year old Vacuum which will OUT LAST and Perform anything you can buy on the market today. BARNONE!"
"I had my Kirby 2000 G drive mechanism repaired here; problem fixed the same day. Lewis the technician went one step further and replaced the light bulb (headlight), polished the chrome base unit, and installed a top-of-the-line vacuum bag all at no additional cost. Very curtesy, fair price, and quality work. I will be trusting my Kirby repairs here from now on. Many thanks Lewis !!!"
