"After a frustrating interaction with a local company, I went to this Home Depot ready for more difficulty in making a large household purchase. Instead, I interacted with Ms Johnson, a very knowledgeable and helpful associate who took the time and effort to educate me about my intended appliance. She referred me to the local office of a preferred company. My interaction with and confidence in then making this purchase was enjoyable. I also want to offer positive recognition of the Credit Card Services department who helped me secure credit card services quickly and efficiently. What a positive experience!!!"

"Update from 10-21-2023 If I could add a star for this Home Depot, I would! Kristian was a big help in getting us what we needed, all the while, being genuinely friendly! Trinity helped us in the self check lanes, actually not only helped, but rang up our items with a smile on her face. Thank you both for a nice shipping experience! Way to go Home Depot at El Con! Start a new project...be inspired! I easily got paint samples mixed by the paint department. A new employee, Shay, was in training at the self check outs but seemed to already know her way around. She gave excellent customer service and a smile to go with it! She was very helpful and on top of her game! Way to go, Home Depot! Update 12-12-22 Easy to return or exchange with a card purchase or proaccount! Thanks for the exceptional service in customer service and the other areas in the store that I needed supplies. "I called the Home Depot El Con location for an electric lawn mower. I was transferred to the appliance department. Gail picked up and was wonderful. She took the time out of her area to make sure that the electric lawn mower I wanted was in the location that the system said it was. This is really the first time that anyone from any Home Depot in Tucson has helped me. She deserves a nice big raise $$. Thank you so much, Gail."

"Well, Home Depot was one of my favorite places to spend lots of time and money, could easily spend two three hours and spend on average 1500.00 a month and feel good about it. Well, I'm sorry to say Home Depot Has been going down hill for a while. I do not shop here as often and after today not ever at this location again. Today with physical disabilities and with only two items to purchase, waited about 45 minutes to check out. Not because of being extremely busy but because apparently management decided it would be a brilliant idea to close down about 12 of 14 registers leaving only 2 open?!"
