"Went on-line to order door with veterans discount, only to be denied that don't deliver to Green Valley. Delivery charge was to be 79.00 was informed to call store. Only after 15 minutes of ringing was hung up on. WOW must not be important"
"I have never been to a Home Depot where you could not find someone to help find something or ask a simple question! Not one employee asked do you need help finding something! Nothing! Not one one was willing to help me with blinds, paint or carpet! Do better. Seems like people should take their business elsewhere. Left the store with nothing because nobody would help me. I went in for blinds, paint and 3 large indoor and outdoor carpets."
"Multiple calls for help to the department were unanswered. The product was not where the website said and there was no price or label when I finally found it. Fork trucks were carefully placed to block aisles so you couldn't push a cart through. The manager Mary was called several times but there are so many issues in that store she never made it. 25 minutes wasted for what should have taken 5. I'll never go to that Home Depot again."
