"Chris a tech from Parker and Son’s HVAC services came out to service our AC unit to prepare it for the rigors of summer. He was pleasant, professional, and articulate. He was a wealth of knowledge on the AC unit and diagnosed and immediately fixed our unit. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that actually hires good people to take care of and listen to the customer. Well done Parker and Sons. Don’t steal that slogan."

"I had my underground water pipes replaced few days ago. Taylor and William were working on my property all day long until 9:30 pm. They were here for 12 hours and worked hard and managed to finish the project for a day. I didn’t have water in the house because of the broken underground pipe. The supervisor Taylor didn’t want to connect me a temporary hose for water free of charge even though the technician William who gave me the estimate said it won’t be additional charge for it. It wasn’t nice to say something and to not do it. Also one of the workers- Taylor didn’t have very good attitude. I went just once to ask them when they finish digging to call me to see if it is 24 inches deep the way we agreed in the contract. He said roughly it won’t be everywhere 24 inches; some places it will be 20-22 inches. You don’t trust us? You don’t trust us? You know how difficult it it to dig? He asked me. He also said they can leave, I am making them difficult to work. It wasn’t polite from him and especially I just once went there to ask them. He definitely needs customer service refresher course. The other worker William was very good and polite. He kept me informed the whole day and did call me to see the depth of the tunnel before putting the pipes the way I asked. He kept good attitude even after 12 hours of work. He is definitely a hard worker and it was pleasure and easy talking with him. This kind of workers deserve to be promoted. What I learned from all this is get everything in writing in advance and don’t let somebody who has bad attitude works on your property. Overall I am happy with the work they both did and the price. Thank you"

"They sent a technician out very quickly to assess our kitchen sink leak the morning I called. Technician called ahead of time to inform of his arrival, was prompt, and very professional. 5 stars for service. 4 stars due to pricing. I felt that it is a smaller job and we were unable to have them fix our problem due to the price I was estimated. They do offer some discounts which were shared with me at time of service."

Mr. Alex Ortiz was prompt and professional and did an extraordinary job of replacing an old nightmare of an 8 foot light to a now absolutely beautiful, perfectly clean, crisp, and otherwise aesthetically pleasing fixture. "Nate was very helpful in explaining all his findings upon inspection of my system. He wore shoe covers in my house which I appreciated. Nice touch. And he explained all the options for how and when upgrading my system would make the most sense. I appreciated his knowledge and the time he took to explain everything. And the cost of the inspection was extremely reasonable."
