"I understand there was a new person there learning but when you get a sandwich wrong 3 times it gets ridiculous. I paid 8$ for a sandwich I probably should have just waited to make at home. This took 3 times as long as if I would’ve made at home. I’m glad they finally fixed it at the end but very annoyed. If they made a nice gesture like trying to offer me a brownie or the old sandwich to keep I would’ve felt a little more better. Although I wouldn’t have taken it because I don’t like Mayonnaise the gesture would’ve been nice. There was an excess of lettuce which makes me believe the proportioning wasn’t right. I ate my sandwich and the last 1/4 of my sandwich was lettuce and bread. I don’t recommend unless they get more experienced people or people that know how what goes on an order."
"Wow, really screwed the puch on my order tonight. Two half sandwiches. Both wrong. Don't know If it was the order taker or the maker, and you can't check because you can't see them making them. I guess I'll go back to Subway. Just feedback for management."
"I have eaten here 3 times now, and every time the service is fantastic, the sandwiches are fresh, bread is delish, and I am always surprised at how good it is! I feel like other Jimmy John's I have gone to, it just doesn't seem like this one. I love this one and I am so glad it is close to my house!"
