"From the beginning when i placed the call spoke with Julia, great customer service. Carlos came the next day, very wonderful to speak with and he explained the issue with the washer. A part needed to be ordered, we were told to expect a call by Thursday of the following week. Instead i get the call earlier than expected, which was Monday & washer fixed on Tuesday. My surprise to know that there are still great people running a business who care & value their customers. Carlos & Julia definitely are those people.
