"I worked with Jay from start to finish. They have a nice showroom and Jay is very knowledgeable about his products. He is able to answer many questions. They offer delivery service and installation for a small fee. You can get them separate which is what I did as I do not have a vehicle that can transport a washer and dryer that I bought from them. They have several options to meet your budget based on what is in stock. The scratch and dent selections were a real value and the mismatched sets were even better. This was new or lightly used appliances. They offer a 30 day warranty as well. I did have a small problem with the washer and called the same day they delivered and they were able to resolve my problems 30 mins later by sending out a person to take care of the issue to my satisfaction. Without hesitation, I have already referred them to my realtor friends. Double Barrel not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. Hay is truly a professional that cares about his customer. I went to several other appliance stores and even Facebook marketplace and nobody could offer what he could offer for the same level of appliance. Yes, you can find an older 15 year unit, but why take a chance that it may break down at any minute when you can get something new or lightly used that will likely not have issues for some time. Definitely peace of mind. Do yourself a favor and go see them before you buy an appliance."
