"This is the worst El Pollo Loco that I have ever been to. We came in with a trust that it would be exceptional because every other one we ever ate at was great. Now I will Always check reviews before going in or ordering from. The service was not friendly. The tea was terrible. The chicken was burned and dried out. They fixed my double chicken bowl with the burned parts underneath so you couldn't see them but you bit into it before you could tell. Awful. I almost believe they did it on purpose because we were white. Just completely juvenile and unbelievable that it was so bad. Don't go there. Not worth it."
"I go here every single night and order 3 tacos Al carbon combos. Today I went and was handed 3 bowl combos. They charged me more, but I figured it was because the prices went up, so I didn’t think anything of it till they handed me chicken bowls. I told the guy this isn’t what I wanted. He said he would make the tacos. I could keep the bowls. I parked and waited. A girl came out and said I had to give back the bowls they would make my tacos. They were not going to refund me the difference. I recorded the whole thing. Guess I have to find a new place to go because someone forgot to clean out their ears this morning…"

"Excellent service and food as always. But high praise for honesty of staff, my daughter in law accidentally left her purse on the back of the chair. She didn't notice until we were home 2 hrs away. She called immediately after she discovered it missing and they held for her in the office until she could go back this morning. Everything was in place and staff was extremely helpful. Full stars and if they had a bell like many other locations I would definitely ring it."
"Should’ve looked at the reviews for this location before spending 35$ on garbage. Chicken was pink, lettuce was brown!!! There were worse pieces than the one in the photo I provided. There was a piece of chicken in the avocado salsa and it tasted like it had been sitting out. Absolutely dreadful location. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE QUALITY FOOD."
