"Went in to the lobby to get 2 bags of ice at 830 pm. The lobby was completely empty, while I was promptly greeted by an employee at the register, it took 10 mins to get my order. I had to flag down someone twice for my ice, and they made it seem like I was an inconvenience about asking for my order. I understand that there are other orders and a drive through, but customer service at this establishment is just awful. I'll go to the gas station next door next time."
"Ordered in the front of the line at the drive through. Order #1532. Was asked to park out front and wait. Waited over 45 minutes for my food and the store was closing. The lady working the drive through didn't even remember my order. I had to call out to her. Looked like they had forgot my order seeing that my food was cold. Unacceptable likely will not be returning."
"Went through the drive through this evening. First, our car was skipped. After watching 2 vehicles that showed up after ourselves go. 2nd we had to wait 15 minutes for our burgers to come out to the driver through pickup. 3rd - for "fresh cooked", the burgers were cold and mine had a piece of paper stuck in the cheese...."

"Last week, i had ordered two bigmacks for my wife and myself, but as you can see by the picture, they both came out looking like a 5 year old made them. So after i saw them like this I went back inside and I talked to a lady upfront that looked like she was a manager due to the scarf looking thing around her neck. After she inspected the sandwich she told me that it was fine because everything was in the top half and nothing was missing! I asked her to speak to the store manager who after seeing the sandwich said nothing and brought me two new ones that were made correctly. This has not been my first bad experience here, but i plan on it being my last as i will not come here anymore. I do have to say that this McDonald's used to be a 5 star kinda fast food restaurant, but now it's become a zero star and the worst fast food restaurant in my area."
