"The staff were nice and all, but the recipes for these smoothies suck. Both mine and my husbands smoothies are bland and don’t taste like fruit at all. I don’t feel like driving back but if I’d been smart and tasted them before leaving I would have asked for a refund."

"I recently experienced significant inconvenience at Nékter, which left me questioning their approach to customer service and technology adoption. Despite living in an age where online ordering and diverse payment options are standard, Nékter fell short of expectations. Just a few weeks ago, I was able to place an order online without any issues. However, my latest attempt to order online was met with disappointment as the service was unavailable. Opting for a direct visit, I anticipated a smooth transaction using Apple Pay, only to be informed that this payment method is not accepted. This was particularly frustrating given the proximity of NauticalBowls, a competitor within the same complex, which not only offers online ordering but also accepts various forms of payment, including Apple Pay. This discrepancy in service and convenience is baffling and, frankly, a bad business move for this Nékter location. It’s disheartening to see a lack of consistency and adaptability in their operations, especially when alternatives are demonstrating how seamless and customer-friendly the experience can be."
"We loved the protein bowl and chia parfait. I was disappointed my free 16oz smoothie that i downloaded, linked to FB and my cell didn't work while I was there. Though, it's not cheap so it is worth going back for it another time. It's near a really fun shopping facility and really hits the spot after the Fit4Moms workout at Desert Ridge!"
"Definitely hit or miss at this location. This evening's visit was fine. My drink (I always order an Orange Crush and add Pineapple & Mango) tasted wonderful and was the perfect consistency. The girl that helped me was very kind and the establishment was clean. This time around, everything was good."
