Still currently waiting in line in the drive through and it’s been 28 minutes, there were only 5 cars ahead of me, I’m pretty flabbergasted Update: it took 40 minutes to get through the drive through but the girl at the window was apologetic and seemed overwhelmed so I do feel bad for their staff"
"So excited to try the new Brownie donut. Except they forgot to put in the Brownie filling. So disappointed. First is what it should be and 2nd is what we got."
"It is very well placed at the Tatum and Greenway junction. I have been visiting this place from past 7+ years but had very unpleasant experience in last few visits. For 10mins there was no one at the register to take the order or to acknowledge. The lady next to me was waiting well over 20mins, no acknowledgment from the staff. The atmosphere is good, food/coffee is good but service is what they really need to improve a lot."
"Haven't had luck with the Bosa donuts down the block, so I decided to stop here. The sausage, egg and cheese wraps were delicious (I think they are available all day). Thank you to the gentleman behind the counter who recommended the double order. The staff here get an A plus as a customer with an $8 order was a little difficult to them. They handled it like a boss. The Coffee donut was amazing as well as almost every other donut in the picture."
