"My orders were prompt and done well, and baristas were very busy all day. However, Starbucks rewards program is not honored. Happen to hear of a Starbucks promotion? “We don’t do that here”. Generous tip seems expected. No seating, not even to wait. Atmosphere ranged from neutral to not welcoming, just head down, get your order and go. For a store that is so highly lucrative, you can afford to be more friendly and down to Earth."

"My wife ordered a coffee this morning. When they asked for a tip before providing any service, she said no, and the manager aggressively said with an attitude, “you don’t want to tip??” and proceeded with rolling her eyes and giving my wife hostile stares. Talk about entitlement and an extremely hostile environment."
