"These folks were courteous, knowledgable, and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision right then and there. Roger was my sales representative and he was easy going, funny with a dad humor kind of way, and made the process of buying a car painless, or at least as painless as you can make a car buying experience. The finance manager was friendly, presented options for increased coverage but did not push options that I said I didn’t have an interest in. He also made the process relatively pain free I didn't finance, so I was in, test drove, made a decision, went through closing and was out the door in 2 hours. Having been to car dealerships that bear the stereotype leaving you feeling dirty leaving the place, these guys were a breath of fresh air. I would, without hesitation, recommend these folks. Ask for Roger by name. He will treat you right. Chandler Honda, Roger is deserving of being treated well."

"-BUYER BEWARE- This dealership does not honor warranties. If I didn't have this experience with trying to get my warranty honored and radio replaced, it most likely would have been a great experience. I bought my used Honda civic here in 2021. Shortly after taking my car home I realized that the Apple play option was faulty with the radio. The radio will black out and will stop working completely if Apple Music is played at all. This usually happens within minutes and occurs every time. I have spent countless days/hours at the dealership while they promised me that they would fix this since I was within my warranty period. Fast forward to today (11/20/23) and my car still has the same issue. I am sorry to say that I have given all of my energy that I can give to this and simply just give up trying to get what was owed and promised to me by this dealership. My last visit here looked like me dropping my car off for about 6 months and receiving a rental car. I was told, again, that they were going to replace the whole radio under warranty. When I anxiously went to pick up my car , I was rudely aware that nothing had been done or fixed. Instead my car returned to me with a thick layer of dirt on it and inside it. With the same issue it had when I dropped it off. I was told upon pick up that they did replace a few things. When I drove my car home I found the problem persisted. I asked for a record of what was replaced and there was no record "because it was with an outside dealer partner". When I asked what the next step would be, they told me it was now out of their hands and I had to call the main Honda number. I have now come to the realization that they were simply just letting my warranty expire to get rid of me. I have all communication records from this experience, showing how I was promised a replacement endless times and proof of the issue happening. That they simply chose to ignore. We did of course reset it and try numerous cords. That was the only solution they gave me, was to reset my whole system each time this occurred and the radio disconnected completely. That is not a viable solution."
