"Waited 30 minutes for 2 hot chocolates. It isn’t clear where to park to walk up and you couldn’t tell if there was a walk up option until you’re stuck in line. They take your order in advance which doesn’t seem to speed up the process at all but you pay in advance so you’re stuck waiting even though there is an exit half way through to forfeit your items and money"
