"Going to make this our regular Sunday stop, not only are they a beautiful small business but they're indigenous and queer owned! They're also pro Palestine so it's a clear choice for me every time. I got the iced brown sugar latte, kiddo got an horchata and partner got the pour over coffee; they were all amazing and so smooth."

"I've said this time and time again. What makes a coffee spot great is the people behind the counter. Yes the coffee should be great too but the people are what's matters most. This place deserves the spotlight they've been getting and what they stand for is great. Glad to come and support."

"The staff is super friendly and the cappuccino was deliciously cute. Exciting to see more Native owned businesses in PHX! Saw a lot of families and people of all ages come in and out which was refreshing to see. I don’t know if they offer WiFi but it would be a plus if they did. I understand if they may want a WiFi free establishment. It’s amazing either way!"

"Skoden Coffee is an amazing space curated by a caring, talented Indigenous team. I was excited to check out their new location once it was announced: I've been a fan of Skoden since I first went to a pop up event earlier this year. Their coffee and tea drinks are delicious and creative. The baked goods they offer are of amazing quality. I love the juxtaposition of Navajo flavors and food combined with traditional coffeehouse offerings. The final creation is a unique flavor experience. My favorite drinks are the Dine Matcha and Honey Lavendar Lez Love. The staff are pleasant and helpful as well. The space they are in is comfortable, stylish, and unpretentious. I am excited for the future of Skoden Coffee, and even more so to try every drink and treat they offer. The space is very generous in seating and sizing, perfect for a friend meetup, a date, or solo seating. The parking can be limited but there's plenty of other spots nearby to park and then walk. The space is clean, visible, lit well and is host to unique furniture. Skoden Coffee also offers their own curated library full of works by Indigenous creators. Skoden Coffee isn't just a coffee place: its a community space that clearly communicates and shares its queer, Indigenous origins. It is also reflected in their menu: the tea, coffee beans, sweeteners and chocolate are all a product of the shared group creating their specific foods. As a Two Spirit Dine and Annishinabe woman, Skoden Coffee is a place I greatly appreciate and I hope you can also grow to as well."
