"Some great employees but man is it SLOW!! I’m typically part of the early morning crowd and unless it’s a promo day, they make everyone wait to order at the window as the line stacks up and people are just sitting in their cars. The walk-up window being permanently closed is also ridiculous because if someone comes through and orders 6 drinks we’re all just stuck waiting on that huge order."

"My go-to drink is a Golden Eagle Frost, which is like a milkshake with no coffee. I really appreciate that the order taker always confirms that I don't want a Freeze which has the coffee. Now if I can only stop calling it an American Eagle frost... can anybody guess I'm an old white guy?"

"I love the coffee. There are some great employees that work here. It absolutely ridiculous the amount of time that is spent waiting in line. Quality customer service is not about spending five minutes having superficial conversations with every customer. It’s about meeting the needs of Customers which is fast friendly service and getting them out of the drive lane in a timely manner . The line situation is horrible there is no order or consistency here at this location. One day the line is follow the directions on posted sign next day is first come first serve. Don’t post directions if you’re not going to follow them. I will not be coming to this location again. Nor do I recommend anyone else come here either."

"I hit this location semi-regularly. The drinks are always good, the line moves at a steady pace even on the busiest of days, the employees are what set them apart. The whole crew is always smiling and incredibly freindly. If you go semi-regularly, they even remember your order. Keep it up!"
