"5 stars for every staff at this joint! These two in particular absolutely made my day today. (Angelo & Amari) They are so fun and personable and go out of their way to make sure everyone is treated like their long lost friend. The staff remember my order which in itself is a huge feat, and they make it so you want to keep coming come back. I am grateful for my Dutch staff!"
"Legitimately the slowest drive through of all time. I’ve been to this location ~10x, and they usually have 7-8 cars in line. I’d usually expect that to take ~10m to get a drink, but it never takes less than 20m. I kept thinking “Oh it must be a one-off, DB is usually faster than this”, but it never got better. I won’t pretend to understand their operations, but there is usually 6-7 people working at any given time (which you’d think would enable them to process cars faster than 4m each). Overall just frustrating."
"I absolutely love dutch and especially this location. I'm a loyal customer and have been coming here for a while. However there has been a small change in both day and night crew and service has gotten a bit slow. I'm happy to come back and make another review if things change."
"Our drinks were made perfectly - hot the Palm Beach green tea and Gem Berry Dutch Soda. Perfect on a 90 degree day! The employee who took our order and the employee at the window were so friendly - typical Dutch Bros teamwork! Unfortunately, the employees working the lines kept taking people who drove up after the rest of us had already been waiting. Then they switched with the employee who ultimately helped us, telling her to start with a truck that got there after everyone. It put a damper on the whole experience. Very frustrating."
