"I called Beau at The Battery Guy to get new batteries installed in my golf cart. He quoted me a price and I said let's do it. His crew came last Saturday and installed the new batteries. One of the installers gave me the bill after installing the batteries - it was $450 more than Beau quoted me (about $350 if I add the sales tax). I said this was not the price quoted so the installer said he would call Beau - he went to his truck - did not call Beau and took $100 off the bill - so I still paid $250 more than the quoted price. I then called Beau, at The Battery Guy, several times over the past week and left a message each time but he never returned my call - I just wanted to discuss the situation. I need to give this company a poor rating due to dishonesty/lied to, I don't like surprises that cost me $250 and the lack of customer service by not returning my phone calls."
"Had new batteries put in yesterday, guys were quick. My only complaint is, the video on website shows cleaning the compartment and spray to stop corrosion. This didn't not happen for us. I get it was Friday and the guys had more stops before their weekend started, but we didn't get the complete service that is shown from website. Jim."
