"Today was the third time that I ordered online from this location, the first two times they had to replace some items in my order because they ran out of whatever I ordered. Today, I made my online order and when I went to pick it up I was informed that none of the items I ordered were available and to get a refund I'll have to call customer service. How do they accept orders when they don't have anything, they were literally out of doughnuts and all refreshers."

"I enjoy going to all coffee shops Dunkin’ was my favorite, however this trip was not good placing my order I asked for one item employee said “anything else?” Asked for the next item “anything else?” Asked for the next item anything else?” At this point I didn’t even want my coffee or food, but I still paid for my order and politely asked the young man if I could give him some advice. “Next time you are taking someone’s order can you be more patient rather than continuing to ask me ‘anything else’” the employee then turned his back to me with attitude. If that’s the service customers can now expect from Dunkin’ employees then I will just stick with Starbucks at least they are friendly, and patient. Dunkin’ district Management it’s time for you to get involved look at your reviews for this location. Either close them down or correct the issue. Having rude employees collecting your money is not going to help your profit margins."
"Point blank refused to serve. Manager had a had a face like thunder. Terse and rude. Deliberately misunderstood my request. I can understand if an explanation is offered but: nothing. Just rude. At least $80-00 walked out the door with me."
