"Drinks are good and the people are fast. The lines are typically pretty long and at other coffee places they move pretty slow. However, they are fast and you can get in and out the drive within 10 minutes regardless of how busy they are. Not to mention all the people working there are pretty nice and polite."
"A bunch of kids lacking basic customer service. Become defensive, rude and spiteful when they mess up your order and it gets pointed out. Also was told last week that my DoorDash order couldn’t be picked up through the window so next time if I wanted to go through the drive thru, I’d have to place a mobile order. I do that today just to be told that my already prepared drink couldn’t be passed to me through the window and that I would have to come in for it since it was a mobile order LOL"
"They’ve messed up twice in a row and there is no way to contact them. I’ve switched coffee shops for a while because they have forgotten to make my drink dairy free twice and I have gotten extremely sick. They mislabeled the drinks last time as well but I know all of them so I was able to figure it out but they did not make mine dairy free. I also pay extra so it makes it extra disappointing."
"Absolutely LOVE Black Rock Coffee Bar. My mother & I have completely switched from going anywhere else. My husband & step dad also LOVE the coffee here. I’m not sure what they are doing but please keep it up this location is my absolute favorite the bagels are amazing I have even made my mom fall in love with the bagels. My whole family loooves the coffee and bagels recommend 1000% to anybody wanting to try a new coffee spot! Look no further because this place is here to please the customers very great customer service as well! Thank you!"
