"Walked up when there was not a single person in line, just a target employee waiting for what they ordered at the end. Two employees talking to this target associate both were kind enough to stop and tell me "just a moment" but did not take my order. My boyfriend went and used the bathroom. Came back. We had a discussion at the counter about whether we should wait as my order still had not been taken...and then left. I'm sorry....what? There was no one in line! And two people working. Customer service really is at an all time low, I'll just stay home next time and not take the risk."
