"For whatever reason, this CircleK does not do Inner Circle according to the cashier. Also, my sip and save number did not work. Left without my coffee. Will never come here again. Cashier wasn’t unpleasant, just matter of fact about it. Weird."

"Worst customer service ever, I literally stood there for fifteen minutes waiting for someone so I could get gas for my car since I only had cash, meanwhile the guy standing behind the register waves me to come forward then tells me “not me, wait for her, I’m leaving”,like buddy she’s been gone, the guy who was in line before me also walked out. They really need to find staff that actually works, cuz the ones they have do absolutely nothing. Guy always has an attitude with customers. Arguably the worst circle k in the entire state. Never coming back here until they find better staff."

"I'm always very careful about which gas I select because some stations like to put the octanes in reverse order. I *know* I pushed the button for the cheap gas (on the left). After 5 gallons, I realized it had selected the high octane, super expensive gas (on the right). I stopped it and went to a different station to finish my fillup. Be very careful before pumping your gas to be sure they aren't ripping you off."

"Just spent 100 in gas at this gas station. Waited in line to get a receipt. And they said no. I need it for my company. They said they can’t print when they gave the guy infront a receipt. Very rude. Then they said the can’t find proof that I bought gas. There are 3 other gas station in the area. Don’t come to this one."

"I was pumping gas last Wednesday 09/06/23 around 5:30ish pm, when I went to turn the pump off, it malfunctioned and locked in the ON position. I was trying to unlock the pump when it jiggled out of my gas tank and continued to soak me in gasoli ne. My feet we drenched, face was so soaked and my legs and torso got a huge amount of it as well. There always a male employee helped me get it shut off. He somehow didn't see that I was soaked in gas, he ran inside to find out what he needed to do... t female employee in there had ZERO sense of urgenc. I headed inside the bathroom to clean myself up the best I could in the bathroom. There were no paper towels at all, and l had to go back inside the store to find napkins. The female employee saw me trying to dry my glasses and face off with a stack of napkins, said "oh, did you get gas on you?" With zero care or concern for my well being. I stepped back and said I was drenched in it, like show couldn't smell me. And I mentioned I was trying to wipe myself off but there are no paper towels in the bathroom. She made no move whatsoever to help me. She just said, with no emotion, "oh, that sucks" and didn't help me at all. I was told to call in the morning when a manager was on site because they didn't have a protocol for what happened. I called the next morning, the lady who answered the phone was so full of concern and compassion for my situation, the only person to actually say sorry it happened to me. I spoke wo the manager, a very rude man who said "what do you want me to do about it? " and "OK, what do you want?" I asked if I needed to come in a file an incident report, he said he could take my information over the phone. I gave all information and asked if I needed to call the corporate offices. He said he would file with them and then if hey didn't call within 2 or3 days, to then call them. He never apologized to me about the situation, basically made me feel like I was the cause if the malfunction. I am legitimately traumatized by the whole experience. I can't even pump gas or pass by a gas station. I will never be going to any Circle K again. The employees here are rude as hell and don't handle anything well. I tried calling the Corporate offices as well... good luck getting anyone to call you or answer the phone. I've called and left MULTIPLE messages."
