"Worker's here are rude, unprofessional, and even racist. I was in there today, my first and last time, and the white cashier ignored me standing at the register and flagged a white woman over to attend to her. I dared to say I was next in line and was verbally assalted by the crazed white customer. I told her again I was next in line and the white cashier shooed me away like I was a dog while telling me to get out of her store. I asked the cashier next to her if he would attend to me and he said "no". While I had been waiting in line she argued with a black customer and rudely asked a Hispanic customer with an accent, "what do you want!", when he asked her a question. I asked for the corporate number and store number but she refused. I found it outside halfway hidden behind an advertisement. You are better off going to the QT on the other side of the street."
"This Circle K thinks its a night club. The music is so loud I couldn't hear the person 10 feet away from me. Its dirty, trash everywhere, and they were out of stock on a lot of basic things like cups and lids. Exactly why I dont usually frequent Circle K."
"Very low customer service at all times. During the day there’s one Caucasian staff member I believe her name is Melissa who believes that calling everybody honey is good customer service but she is rude every opportunity she has and has no knowledge of certain products and services that someone working there should have. At night the experience is very similar with a talk black woman who wears glasses, lacks customer service and it’s rude. I hope that circle k invest resources into training or couching those individuals better so they can provide a better customer service."
"I love the fact that there is a kitchen here. I regularly stop by for breakfast burritos. The ones with chorizo are awesome. Breakfast items are available until 10am. Conveniently located next to Loop 101. A favorite stop of mine on the way to weekend hiking adventures. This is one of the larger Circle K's I've seen and definitely offers a very wide selection of products and services."
