"0/5. Dishonest Staff. I scheduled an appointment for a ride-share vehicle inspection. I failed for the first time. In the same vehicle that I’ve been using for years. Same condition. They stated the reason for the failure is due to a crack in my windshield, which hasn’t traveled and has been there since I purchased the vehicle over 3 years ago. There's no real reason to replace the windshield because it's not a threat to my safety or that of others. They stated that my horn doesn’t work. I even mentioned that couldn’t be right, and I was informed that they attempted 6x to press on my horn and nothing. I kindly went to my car and played a nice tune for them before I left. This place needs a thorough, deep clean in the customer-waiting "lounge," just as bad as they need honest staff."

"This location is awesome, and I mean that. I've come here for my oil changes for a few years now, and they always take care of me and my car :) It's almost 10 mins from my house, and I actually have another Pep Boys location only a minute down the road from me.... I went there the time before this and did not have anything like the experience I get at this location. I will drive the extra few mins from now on! A big thank you to all the guys and gals here who treat every customer and car with respect and thank you for always being so kind! Oh, and this location has done some remodeling, it looks great! Nice big waiting area with a charging counter and everything!"
