Its proximity to downtown attractions is a definite plus for me as a downtown resident perpetually on the lookout for a coffee haven within walking distance. The coffee here is undeniably superb, and the barista's expertise truly shines – I've even worked in a coffee shop myself, and I couldn't replicate the quality of their brew. Bravo! The only other thing I can mention is how affordable the coffee is and plenty of options under $5."
