"I think it’s a requirement to be rude to be able to work at this store and Starbucks. Everyone from the Deli to customer service is just rude amd cranky all the time. I come here all the time because I live close and like their fruits."
"Came to get coffee and waiting in line for over 6 mins there was only one customer and she had already ordered and was waiting just as long for her drink over 7 mins and she was the only who ordered and still had to wait. No one said anything just looked at me an other customer and kept working didn’t care that customer were leaving because of how rude they were, like they didn’t see us and when I finally said this is rude the manger says I’m not on the clock but I’ll take your order after I had to say something and she didn’t care I told I was gonna complain she said oh ok my name is candy and I’m the manger.I’ve never seen such a careless manger. And the staff too didn’t bother to care.good thing is I call Starbucks corporate number and made things right they gave me a free coffee on them. Because that was rude customer service and candy needs better customer service skills for being an operations manager."

Angel made my coffee and I was a little disappointed that he didn't listen to my specific requests about extra light ice even after I verbally told him not to do a lot of ice."
"Went in for my usual ice coffee I pay 5 bucks and some change alllll the time.but this time the young man at the register came up with 7 bucks and some change I questioned it he said something about charging for heavy cream I said ok but I get the same coffee everyday tried to show him my previously orders on my app the receipts same damn coffee but all he said well idk what to tell u they must be ringing u up wrong .I said everyday?? Anyway he was rude won't go back to that location"
