"I ordered two very small rubber parts online - both pieces weigh less than 1 ounce. When you order online they do not tell you the shipping charges in advance (like most places do) which is a bit of a red flag. I know the parts I ordered are small so I didn't consider it to be a risk at the time. A few days later my order arrived and was stuffed with fabric samples and other advertising - increasing the size and weight by 2-3 times what it should have been. I paid significantly more than what I should have to receive things I didn't ask for so I could throw them away. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture before trash day."
