"On 2 different occasions it was very poor service. The first time it took so long. When I got up they had totally messed up the order they ran my gift card and deducted the amount that was not what I ordered. Then they tried to change the order but had already drained my card and asked me for more money. I told the to forget it and I wanted the money back on my card.. they gave me my card back. When I went to use it later in chandler my card was empty. $20 gone. Went through drive thru on 3/10/24. Fries tasted like rancid oil and the coke tasted like club soda. My husband stopped in on 3/12/24 bought 3 drinks and meals, all the sprites tasted like dirty club soda. I called I was so upset. They said they could possible give me a discount on sodas next time.!!!! I will never use the Maricopa Wendy's again!! Check out the size of lettuce on the sandwich the size of a quarter. Sad"

"This place is a far cry from what it used to be when it opened. I used to go there until I discovered how good Culvers was and being in the area today I decided to get my usual and go home. I was the only one in the drive through which should've told me something was up because it was always busy. Anyways I get my food home and notice there's a small pool of grease on my seat right underneath where the bag was sitting. I look at the bottom of the bag and the paper was soaked so much that holes the contents were coming out. I thought a ketchup packet exploded but upon further inspection it was runoff from the burger I ordered. The wrapper my food was in had grease all over it and the bread was soaked. It was absolutely gross. To top it all off they didn't even cook the meat all the way. In the trash it went. I'm not trying to get salmonella poisoning. I see why business has declined and I will never eat or recommend anyone else to eat there again. That's what $14 gets you folks."

"My daughter bought me lunch! I had forgotten how GOOD....Wendy's burgers were. My daughter had the chicken sandwich. I gave it a 4.5 in service…they couldn't find the order, even though the app said it was done. And I had to wait another 10 mins while it was put together. Other than that...superb and fantastic. It was really fresh since they were making it right then...hence the 4.5... silver lining."

"Y’all mad they busy but you still go there like dang but only two starts because of who you hired to do a construction job they were very unprofessional rude. They didn’t have any signs out that. You couldn’t go in the lobby, but had all the doors open. He was definitely drunk. He was almost falling over he was slurring. You could smell the alcohol on him. Disappointing they hired people like this to fix it up"

"The food was hot, tasty and fresh. Oddly, the drive thru had only one car at 1 PM on a Saturday, so I got through quickly. The price seemed quite expensive for what I ordered, but when I got home, it looks like I got large fries and drink when I ordered small, otherwise, the portion sizes are unbelievably generous for a small. They only put one napkin in the bag, and it was drenched in grease from being set on top of the french fries."
