"Service was alright they tried their best however, the coffee was terrible. I cannot speak for other items on the menu besides what I got but, I got 2 large iced vanilla caramel breves. ( got large because online the smalls show 16 and I figured it would be less for a large) it was my first time and got charged 20$ for something that taste like black coffee. If I wanted to make black coffee I’d do it myself."

"I used to love this place, until recently. I spent about $20 a week on smoothies for me and my family during our ’family day’ for the past 3 years. For those 3 years, things were fine. During one of my busy work days last week I had enough time to stop by and purchase a strawberry banana smoothie before having to go home and finish up 3 meetings for work. I got home and learned that I was given the incorrect smoothie. The color was right, but the ingredients were wrong. The wrong fruit was used and it contained cow’s milk instead of the almond milk I requested. No big deal (but kind of since I have a milk allergy), I gave the smoothie to my wife and figured I would just call the next day due to being busy that day with meetings and two kids. I called the following day and respectfully explained that I was not given what I ordered and wondered how it could be fixed. I was told that policy states that the customer has to come back the same day and has to bring the drink back to the store in order for them to fix the mistake that was made by them. So not only did they get a simple order wrong, but they then want to inconvenience you by forcing you to come back the same day, due to policy, (regardless if you live 20 minutes away and regardless if you have a busy workday) otherwise you forfeit the opportunity to get what you pid for. Starbucks on the other hand gave me the wrong order a couple of months ago. I called to explain the situation and they apologized and told me that the next time I came back to ask for a particular manager who would provide me with the right drink. I wasn’t able to make it back to that store for a week due to work obligations, but they still honored their word :) I don’t really care for Starbucks’ drinks either, but I plan on going there from now on (or Black Rock) because I know that if I don’t get what I paid for that Starbucks will at least make it right and won’t focus so much on policy. Policy is what loses customers, especially when the mistake is on the company. *Check your drinks before leaving the drive through and make sure it’s what you ordered."

"This place has been great except for the last 2 days. The coffee has been much sweeter than usual. We tried to call but no one answered the phone. The very next day, when I ordered, I told them about what happened, and they pretty much shrugged their shoulders and said, "Oh well. This is not how you treat customers who spend $20 to $30 a day at your store. I thought I found a good spot, but this is not good customer service."

"At least half of what I ordered was good since the other half spilled into my car because of their cheap cup holders that don't adequately hold the drinks from the bottom."

"The people are great and the drinks are really good. Would go 5 stars except that the menu display and accessibility isn't that great so knowing what they have and what you're ordering is a bit challenging. Otherwise it's a great spot. My daughter's favorite is the Frozen Hot chocolate - I love the plain green mint iced tea. It's delicious and as a non coffee drinker I find it so hard to find decent tea but they have a really good one here."
