"Come to this location often and more often than not, they always hand me my hot latte with a quarter of the coffee missing. This is due to the no foam but as a barista you should account for the no foam and steam extra milk to fill the cup."
"2 days in a row I ordered a pretty basic coffee for pick up and both days I had to wait several minutes past expected pick up time. One time it made me late for work. And both times they forgot the flavored syrup I paid extra for! The worst part, during the time that I waited past my expected pick up time, I watched several people walk in, order and get their drinks before me. I've never experienced this at any other Starbucks. Really aggravating."
"Fast service with a very friendly and helpful staff. Mine was a small order, but it came out correct, hot, and quick. I expected to wait at least 10 minutes in line, but only spent about 3 minutes waiting. It's near one of my work locations, so I'll certainly be returning to this Starbucks."
"I went today @ 1pm, I ordered a double smoked bacon and I wanted it to be cooked open faced. Kristy (I think that was her name) she came to me with two sandwiches due to not cooking the dirst one like I wanted. I was impressed by her accountability without me saying anything. Needless to say I will be back."
"So I went to Starbucks yesterday and I got a caramel frappe really good and then I got the new ribbon crunch frappe terrible it was absolutely terrible. It tasted pretty much like ice water. I never got anything bad from there but that one Starbucks I go all the time usually the one by my shop this one’s by my house in deer Valley And that one I don’t know what that was"
