"I ordered a combo with a Dr pepper and curly fries. They gave me a coke and regular fries. When I told them that the order was wrong and that I asked for curly fries the girl rudely told me that she was doing me a favor for switching out my fries for curly fries because they where a dollar more. She was so rude."
"There are a couple of things that I will go specifically to Jack in the Box to order. The following three items are inclusive of what I think they uniquely offer, which are yummy, and fabulously priced! They have a very unique approach to the making of their curly fries with seasoning, two tacos for .99 cents, and their Extreme Sausage Sandwich. Their Curly fries are seasoned well; albeit being a crispier fry, they are quite tasty. Their tacos have been stably priced for the past ten years! That is a fabulous accomplishment, for any business, in our country's current economic situation. Granted, their drinks are close to $4.00, and if one orders on the app one does not have the option of opting out of their ice. HMMMM. Lastly, their owner appears to be local, and I encourage everyone to invest in our local economy. The owner also positively reflects upon the business's reputation. He answered many comments, reviews, and queries on Google; many of which were redundant. He appears to be highly involved in his business."

"$36 for two meals is absolutely ridiculous. I could understand increasing prices to help pay for staff. The drive through is AI!!!!! Not a real person!!!! Totally not worth the price. Absolutely taking advantage, increasing prices and reducing staff. Will never go to a jack in the box again."
"This is the egg roll I was served on the evening. I brought it in to show the store manager and he didnt care. Too busy to talk to a customer, lied that he doesn't speak English well, and gave me the wrong corp. Office number and refused to give me the correct one. I will never eat at this Jack in the box again Worst service ever from the STORE manager. Crew were nice."
