"I've never had an issue at this location but today was a bit different. The cashier at drive thru was impatient and rude. She didn't take my order right and made us wait to pay. Not polite at all. Food wasn't tasty either. It had literally 6 pieces of steak in my burrito. The queso wasn't even melted or baked correctly."
"I like Cafe Rio. I've had pretty good luck getting good food at most locations. However, this is the one location I've been disappointed with. The first time went in to order my food, there was a crust on all of the food like it had been out way to many hrs. And it tasted like it, too. I Finally gave it another try the other night. They shorted me have of my order. I'll drive before I come back. Just like the other restaurants around this area. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else"
"Been here several times and it varies each time. Most of the visits have been awesome from the staffs customer service and caring attitude. Tonight was one that was lacking all of that. Staff was definitely serving the food correctly with portions even overly adding portions, which I don't think anyone was complaining about. However at 7pm on a Friday, cloing at 10pm,asking for chips and queso and been told they don't have any but saying it with a tone that was obvious that they didn't want to be there and they wanted to have to do anything. Next going to the drink station and looking over and there are no utensil or napkins. When asked for a fork the look that was given was not very nice. They brought them out but were not happy about it. This individual was the cashier not the main food prepper, she was very nice to deal with. Whatever happened to the staff from 6 to 8 months ago? They were awesome to deal with and very customer service oriented. Not the ones tonight. Makes me not want to come back to a place that's not being managed well or employees basically don't care."
"Updated Review, they have definitely improved whichbi am glad. Food was great. Portions were as they should be, it was very good & satisfying!! The quality & portions have dropped since they first opened, portion is literally half the size, especially on the enchiladas. We got about a good size tablespoon of rice & beans, I hope they get back to grand opening quality!"
