"I walked into the store when it was completely empty and not a single car in the drive through. I ordered a simple drink consisting of 2 ingredients and waited 15 minutes when I asked what the status was on the order. The girl said please be patient. It's only 2 of us. But there's no other customer in the store or in the drive-thru lane, I do not understand what I was waiting for. This is horrible, and I can't believe I actually waited at 15 minutes instead of just asking canceling and walking away."
"I love this location. They make my venti salted caramel cold brew order the best compared to any other Starbucks location I’ve been to thus far. I’ve yet to try the lattes from this location but I will soon. The store looks great after the remodel!"
"Hit or miss here. I asked for extra whip cream b/c they always put a drop. I understand if it’s busy, but there were no cars before us at all. Drinks always taste good, but at least try on the whip cream."
"It's pretty much hit and miss when it comes to the busyness at this location. The day prior to our visit the line was maybe ten cars deep and when we stopped by it was empty. The food and drinks we ordered were "Meh". I am not a Starbucks regular and this visit kept me at that status. I just don't see the hype."
