"Don't waste your money on any warranty or extended service as geek squad WILL NOT honor it. This is the second warranty I've purchased from them and both times was told that my extended warranty did not cover accidental damage despite the customer service representative I purchased it through telling me otherwise at the time of purchase. They also were unable to install a screen protector on my touchscreen laptop. Geek squad is a complete joke/sham of a company. They would get zero stars if that were an option z"
