"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend D. Blake Electric highly enough! We recently replaced three furnaces and three air conditioners, and the entire process was nothing short of exceptional. From the get-go, they impressed us with their punctuality. They arrived when they said they would, which can be uncommon in the service industry. We were blown away by the level of cleanliness in their work. Based on other work we have recently done in our home, I was fully prepared for our home to be turned upside down. I was thrilled, not a speck of dust was left behind. It was like they weren't even there! Their attention to detail was refreshing. They used their measuring tape with precision, ensuring every installation was accurate and perfectly straight. This level of craftsmanship is hard to come by. Above all, what set D. Blake Electric apart was their honesty and integrity. Regarding pricing, they were an incredible $11,000 less than another local contractor. And despite being the hottest day of the year at 117 degrees the day, my air conditioner failed; they didn't seize the opportunity to overcharge. "We are part time residents of St. George. We made a late trip down one evening and expected to arrive at a cool home in spite of 104 outside. To our dismay, inside was sweltering too. After checking everything I could do, I realized I needed help. The breaker tripped immediately each time I set it. It was after 8 pm when I called D Blake Electric and left a message. I fully expected to not hear back until the next day at best. To my delight, I was called back in minutes. They offered to come immediately, which impressed me to no end, but explained that waiting until morning made more sense so parts would be available. I appreciated that they were looking out for me and saved me money (I was desperate and willing to pay, but saw that it was better to wait). Coleman rang my doorbell before 10am the next day and thoroughly checked until he found the problem: a burned out blower motor in the HVAC system. He left to get and install a new one. He even checked for me and got it replaced under warranty. I didn’t know that but he went to bat and did it. It worked fine, but when he checked the AC the pressure was nil. He found a leak. But instead of having to wait until a new coil unit could be ordered, he welded the leak. I know this is a very long review. But I don’t know how to explain in a short way what an amazing job they did. I was enjoying a cool home far sooner than I expected to even get a phone call. And they saved me a lot of money!!!"
