"Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered our food on the automatic screens that are all over the place and chose 'pay with cash.' Not one employee ever even made eye contact with us or came to help us. Never received our food!! We had a very large order but walked out. These employees apparently have no idea how to provide customer service. What a disaster of a Taco Bell restaurant."

"1/9/2024, 4:25PM to 5:00PM. Had to cancel the delivery order. No priority for delivery, the staff only focused on drive through and walkins, even though they were reminded twice about the order to be picked up."
"I was very disappointed. Normally I have a decent experience here but this time was NOT. I came to the drive through at 11:36 pm on Oct 27th and when I received my stuff they charged me for the water but never gave it to me. Also, I was in a rush do to having to head to my grave shift. And when I arrived my taco looked veryyyyyy stale and soggy at best. Mind you my drive is not long enough for it to have gotten that bad in that amount of time but not only that it was barely warm to touch. I am vexed at the situation. This is now the second time I have received stale tacos and I'm annoyed. I would like my money back, or credit to another taco bell location so I can have a better experience next time and then maybe I would leave a better review."
"I come to this Taco Bell merely once a week sometimes 2 this place is disgusting the attitude of the staff and employees is by far some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve talked with the shift manager and supervisor and it’s always the same story we’re too busy in a visit they want to attempt to push you to use their kiosk that 10-15 people will touch and in between not a single employee has sanitized absolutely disgusting. This establishment should be shut down due to health concerns alone"
