"Highly recommended… I had a water heater issue which Jeff informed me to call the water heater manufacturer as the unit was under warranty, to obtain the parts which he could install. First time water heater company sent wrong part. Jeff stopped by diagnosed the issue, not the problem I thought it was and gave me the information to tell the water heater company. Got the right part the next day and Jeff was out shortly after arrival and got the water heater working and got the insta-hot water pump working also. The pump was installed but never powered up. If you need a plumber, call Jeff, you won’t be disappointed. By the way, he does answer the phone on the first ring…"

"After seeing the 5 star reviews, I was happy to give this company a try. Unfortunately, he did nothing for me except charge me his $125 fee. My cartridge needed replacing, but he had never seen one like it. So, he said he would send out a picture to plumbing supply stores and get back with me. Never heard from him until I called him asking for the pictures he took. I then did my own homework and ironically, the first plumbing store I called was able to find a match (which makes me wonder if he ever did check). When I called him and told him I found a match, I asked if he would charge me again to install it for me (Since I had already paid him once to do nothing). He informed me that he would charge me. I'm no longer interested in working with him."
