"There is an employee who works the grill. Female & Latina. She needs to be sent on her way. I've never seen such a rude, insulting person & treats not only the employees horribly, in the event she has a brush with a customer, look out!!! She's condescending to any human in her path. It seems that this store IGNORES her attitude, which is blatantly uncontrollable. Please, for the customers & especially for the other employees sake, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I've heard complaints while I was trying to dine, from all parties, she ruins the atmosphere, the dining experience & makes everyone I've seen miserable."
"Food was good. Service was friendly. Every item we ordered was prepared incorrectly. 2 burgers missing toppings. Milk shake missing chocolate. They weren't super busy, not sure what happened here."
"The best thing about 5 guys are the french fries, which are fresh. Totally different from in- and- out that are fresh, but crispy. These are the same as if you were to make them at home- if you know how to cook them. The burgers are great, too, but that isn't as hard to find."

"Food was great! Service was average but very quick. Absolutely love the french fries. I'm not sure what ketchup they use, but it's one of the best I've had. The restaurant wasn't super busy, and I had to wipe off our own table. The price is fair, and I would definitely go again without hesitation."
