"i go to this mcdonald’s often and the experience is the same typical interaction But today was extremely disappointing. I drove through the line and ordered two items. I was instructed to drive around the corner and wait for my food. I kid you not, i literally waited 16 minutes. every minute that went by was another car getting their food and driving past me. i was shell shocked. i can’t complain about the service because it’s usually not good anyway. Normally id just forget about an experience like this but i was almost late for work because of a hash brown."

"I usually appreciate McDonald's for it's consistency in speed and quality of food. We came here while visiting, the parking lot is decent and the drive thru line wasn't crazy. We decided to order in and let our kids enjoy the play place. We waited for our food for almost 15 minutes. When they called our number we could barely hear them and they only brought out part of our order. I had to wait another 10 minutes to get someone's attention so they could get us the rest of our order. The food was standard but there is no soda fountain for refills. If you can avoid this McDonald's."

"Every time I go to this location I swear I’ll never return. But I’m a forgiving person and generally give more chances than I should. I was rather appalled tonight however. Or rather my daughter was I should say. All I ordered was a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal. Nothing special. Should be easy enough. I’m frustrated I didn’t check the meal at the window. I grabbed the box, got home, and handed it to my daughter. She opened it and immediately summoned me back over to look at it. Not only was everything thrown in there carelessly (I expected that much) but somebody obviously handled her food with extremely messy gloves. Not only was there ketchup and who knows what else all over the exterior of the chicken nuggets box, but there was chunks of onion in the box with the nuggets, as well as there only being 3 nuggets instead of 4. They also shorted her the toy. How something so simple could be so gloriously failed is beside me. As I said I’ve yet to have a good experience at this location. And probably never will cause I’ve learned my lesson enough times."

"This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I don’t have my receipt because they never give it to me even when I clearly told them I need it! I was there no even an hour ago! The food is always cold and the employees are always so rude!! They don’t care about anyone!"
