"Went in to get some dinner. Sat down and waited for about 20 minutes before multiple employees walked by and not one even made eye contact. After checking out other reviews we decided we would go somewhere else to get food cause we didn’t want to wait another half hour just to get some half decent food from the very slow staff."

"I hate to say it but MCdonalds has better quality control. We LIVE next door to this place and try from time to time but tonight is a reminder. Mgmt still hasn’t gotten the memo: Pay your staff welll, embrace quality and turn this ship or DOOM. Yuck, don’t eat here till further notice."

"I’ll give it three stars, the food was mixed we had Lemon pepper wings and BBQ wings, the chicken was good quality and the seasoning on the lemon pepper was similar to Buffalo Wild Wings, and the BBQ was sweet and savory. We also ordered the cali chicken sandwich and it was undercooked and had little or no seasoning on it. A tip for the manager or owner you guys should really set a sign out that says “seat yourself and please wait someone will be with you shortly” I would say my dad and I stood at the little podium you guys have there for about 5 minutes looking stupid til we noticed another person set themselves down. Also you guys should have 1 waitress or bartender who at least acknowledges tables in the dining room that someone will be with them shortly instead of having 5 different workers pass by you without saying a word it starts to feel rude and un inviting. I know these things aren’t intentional I am just letting you know how customers feel. I’ve had experience running a restaurant with my uncle in another state and I feel like with some small changes you guys could really turn the vibe around when it comes to the food at big shots. This has been my third time at big shots and the food has been the same way every time."

"To much of any one thing on everything we ordered. We could only taste the sauce or whatever it was. Couldn’t taste fish. To much salt! To much spice! Salad was drenched with Balsamic Vinegar. Again all you could taste is vinegar! Onion rings were the only edible food. Sauce that came with it was terrible. Wife ordered chicken salad and again, all you could taste is salt and spice. Take out Food was cold when we received it. 1.5 miles away."
