"Bought a brand new fridge and the optional ice maker attachment. Took almost 3 weeks to get it delivered. When delivered, they setup the fridge and installed the icemaker. Within a week, the icemaker started leaking into the freezer area. I called Lowes to get it fixed and set up a repair appointment. The soonest they could send someone out was a week later. The person never showed up. I called back to find out what happened. The person I spoke to put me on hold to talk to the manager. He comes back to tell me that they are not responsible for fixing it because it was now more than 30 days past purchase date. LOWES took almost 3 weeks to deliver. LOWES installed the ice maker incorrectly. LOWES scheduled a repair for a week later. LOWES blew off the appointment. Then they tell me it's MY problem since I waited too long to get it fixed!? Infuriating!"
